Indigo Airlines — need refund for my cancellation

Hi I booked my ticket from Happy easy go site I need to take a flight on 23rd of march but due to covid 19 there was a lockdown in city Raipur and many other cities so I cancle the flight in precautions but when I cancelled a flight I got no refund but it's already mentioned due to covid 19 no cancellation fees would be charged I contacted happy easy go they said if airlines agreed only then we are ready to pay your refund please look into this because I really need my refund I am stuck somewhere
My PNR no is LLG8TT Raipur to Mumbai

Updated by Complainant39910 They said only 416 will refund that also I don't get and my ticket was of 3500
