[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — not able to get through check in

Hi, i’m traveling from indore to cochin via mumbai, at the baggage check in counter they refused me through check in to kochi and raked my baggage only upto mumbai. My next flight from mumbai is 3 hours later and still the personnel didn’t allow to issue
Me my second boarding ticket. I am a frequent flyer and no airline has ever told such a clause of ‘forced check in’ till now. My pnr no is z9bjqy. Please look into this error and rectify this issue.

Dear Sir/Ma’am,

With regards to your request, under PNR Z9BJQY, we sincerely regret the inconvenience that has been caused to you.
Further, since two different flights were booked under the given PNR, through check-in of baggage is not possible. The passenger has to collect his baggage at a halt and has to submit same for his next flight.
