[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — not getting full refund from the airlines | |
I booked my tickets with indigo airlines on thursday, the 19 march and my travel was on saturday, the flight was cancelled on saturday and then it was rescheduled for sunday, again on sunday indigo airlines cancelled the flight and then i rescheduled it for monday. But as government announced full lockdown. I had to cancel monday flight myself, which i did monday morning itself 4 hrs before the departure of flight. Indigo airlines is claiming that i have to bear the penalty and hence they deducted 3000rs because i cancelled the flight. But i just followed the government orders. I explained them full scenario even then they were adamant to refund the whole amount. I want my full refund. Why should i bear any loss when i was just following what government said?
