[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — not given perfect payment receipt..

Dear sir,
I book the 1 small parcel aprox. 500-600 gram in indigo cargo on 26 feb 2019 at raipur airport but they are not given perfect receipt,
they given hand writing amount receipt...
it is not booked on indigo cargo window and say book the widow outside boy,
it is totally corrupted..
Please solved my problem.

As the cargo window was closed at the time you reported, so our staff advised you to drop the parcel with them and shared the receipt with you via Whatsapp as it was late at night. Please know that our staff tried their best to assist you accordingly. Also, we would like to inform you that minimum 1 kg parcel is accepted in cargo. Hope you understand
