[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — not informed for gate changing due to which flight missed | |||
We were present at 7:30 pm infront of boarding gate. Our flight boarding gate was changed from 8B to 12B. No announcement was made for changing of boarding game. At 7:45 pm when we stood in line they said flight is ready to take off and there is no chance to put you in flight. Not only us many of passengers missed flight due to this reason. When we went to ticket counter the staff was not present, then they told system is not working, the staff was using phone while serving, getting back luggage was taking much time. How can someone be such irresponsible. I am very disappointed. I went through a lot of loss. Take a strict action against this. Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 19, 2019 IndiGo Customer Care's response Hi Sahil, We do understand what you must have gone through. However, our staff has no reason to deny boarding to passengers who report on-time. Since you reported late at the gates, our staff was unable to accept for the same flight.
