[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — not issuing meal when it was booked already | |||
I had a very bad experience today in flight no 6E 801 Mumbai to raipur the crew in the flight were very rude . I am corporate passenger frequently i fly in Indigo though my meal was booked. It was not served for me instead when i showed my boarding pass in which it was clearly mentioned CPML in bold . They were not having my details in the list . Its a very veered experience. Its being an morning flight i need to travel empty stomach all till raipur . It is a very bad policy from indigo i was asked instead to pay again for a meal . The crew behaved as if they can do what ever they want no one is there to ask them Was this information helpful? | |||
