Indigo Airlines — not ready to offer 100% refund even through flight is cancelled | |
Dear sir/madam I have booked bangalore pune flight vide pnr#kj8njj on 23rd feb through easemytrip.com for my vacation along with family. However due to corona virus i am continuously requesting airline and easemytrip to cancel my ticket and provide me 100% refund. Even through airline have initially postponed the flight schedule and now they have cancelled the same they are not ready to offer 100% refund instead of that they are continuously insisting me for credit shell or date change for which they are asking fair difference which is not acceptable to me. As you know now everything is uncertain even our office schedule, my kids school schedule etc so i am not in position to decide perfect date change or not sure i will use the credit shell. For your information few airlines are understanding this and already offering 100% refund. When flight is not operating why airline is adamant to deduct my money or hold with them, where is the issue in offering refund. Considering all this kindly instruct the airline to process my refund.
