Indigo Airlines — not ready to offer 100% refund even through flight is cancelled due to covid 19

Dear sir/madam
This is to inform you that i have met financial loss from indigo airlines. I have booked vishagapattanm to cochin flight on 25th march 2020 pnr no#skl6nw. Due to the lockdown situation, the flight booked was cancelled and the message sent to me they told you can use the same amount for one year. So when i tried to book so, it was not happening and for the query, the customer care was also shut off. So i asked via face book page and they told to go and ask the third party, which was ixigo and when asked to ixigo they told to go and ask indigo. So i finally booked the flight again and canceled the earlier ticket and they deduct 3500 rupees as processing money which was against the mails they send in between, so please i request to take action against the fraudsters who are taking advantage in this financial crisis time and you will seriously look into this and help me.
