[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — original flight booked - time change - causing loss of international vacation day and money | |
Hello, we had booked flight to KL, Malaysia from Pune, India using makemytrip.com. Here are details: PNR : FWVQKE Date of travel: 2-Feb-2020 (11:55 pm) We got a connecting flight from Bangalore with layover time of about 3 hours. But on 2-Feb @ 6 pm we received message which said layover time is more than 19hours and that we will be reaching KL on 4th Feb 2 AM instead of 3rd Feb 10:30 AM. There was no prior intimation and no time left for us to make alternate arrangement. We had a 4 year kid who had to be at airport for 19 hours. We pleaded with customer care, then Pune counter and then bangalore reservation desk - they simply said they cant help and cant provide any alternate arrangement not even stay/food expenses. We ended loosing one important day at the KL, where we were paying Rs 16000 for a night. Worst service. Was this information helpful? | |
