Indigo Airlines — Pan card not get from check in counter

Dear Manager,

Please find the below details for mentioned concern.
Flight no. - 6E6097
Date - 10/10/2020
Boarding time - 3 PM
From - Goa to Mumbai

I didn't get my PAN card from check in counter I was in rush because flight is ready for take off. as i seat on flight i remember that i forget my PAN card at check in counter. I reached at Mumbai but they did not help me they said that took the no. online and called to goa airport. I many time to tried called to Goa airport but ringing.
Please help me for my PAN card.
