I missed my flight from bangalore to pune on aug 19th and bought a seat on the next available flight and paid the difference amount. When i received the itinerary from the lady executive, she mentioned that the receipt for the difference amount paid will be sent via email by putting in a request at the call center.
I spoke to a kumar and a vishwesh and both of them were rude and not ready to understand my query. I spent 20 minutes trying to explain to both of them of what i needed and they kept repeating the same statement over and over again as if they were "programmed' to repeat it. This call was made today, aug 24th between 2:00 pm and 2:20 pm.
You folks really need to get your call center executives trained on soft skills and to listen to customer requests. Highly disappointing!! Was this information helpful? |
