Indigo Airlines — payment refund not initiated

1) i am a frequent flyer with indigo and have never faced any such issues before.
2) booked one way ticket from phuket to hyderabad on 15.11.2019. A payment of rs 22, 152 was made through paytm.
The money was promptly debited from my paytm wallet but indigo denies transaction.
3) a customer car executive asked me to book a fresh ticket again which i did and was successful. Indigo customer care so called executives are making me call / send mails to my bankers and paytm.
[Nov 19, 2019] IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
