[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Refund

Dear Indigo Partner,
I would like to inform you that i have booking with indigo dt. 30.03.2020 from new delhi to goa...but due to covid 19 flight was cancelled.
PNR : SEG7TL
so my refund was initiated and it's shown status completed from last 2 months but i didn't get any refund and in mean while i continuously follow up with the indigo customer care but there is only one response every u will get money in 3-4 working days but nothing received from last two months. it is very disappointed.
