[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — Refund initiated but not yet reflected in my account

I had been booked a flight from Pune to banglore on 16th of jan and cancelled it. I have received a msg stating refund has been initiated but still it has not reflected in my account.i contacted indigo but no proper response from them...
Flight ticket was charged Rs 5611 and refund initiated was Rs 2611 but not credited to account...
Proof has been submitted through screenshot of msg from indigo..requesting u to take the necessary procedure and refund reflect in my account as soon as possible.

As checked, a refund has been initiated from our end towards your booking on 16th Jan. It usually takes 2 weeks for the refund to be processed. You may then claim the same from your payment portal.
