[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — refund not received.

I tried to book a round trip from (Trv-hyd) and (Hyd-trv), both direct flights on 7th decemeber 2019 (Saturday). I called the customer care and enquired if the ticket has been booked as i got a message saying "acct * debited with inr11642.00 on 07-dec-19 and goindigo. [protected]@hdfcbank credited..." the customer care informed me that the ticket is not booked and they cant find any details. When will i get a refund for the amount. I used indigo app for the transaction and the payment method was google pay upi.

Please know if the transaction did not get through. The amount will be auto reversed to the original mode of payment within 3-5 working days. Let us know incase the amount is not reversed.
