[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — refund of flight fare for kerala

Hi, i had my indigo flights scheduled to kerala (To and fro) 29th aug-2nd sep. Have booked this for the kerala tourism. By seing the current situation in kerala, i have cancelled my flights and now 11, 500 got deducted as cancellation fee out of 15390 of my complete fare. I cancelled my flights as there is disaster formed in kerala, where the tourists got stucked in the hotels, landslides are being occurred in hill stations like munnar and will take time to recover, also not safe for the travel and tourism as of now. When i contacted the indigo customer care they said flight operations may resume after 26th based on the situation in kerala on which no one can assure. Here my problem is though the flight operations resume, kerala places will not get recovered for the tourism, which is my objective of the travel. Can you please help me in getting the refund of complete amount. Airlines pnr: 29th aug - lii16k 2nd sept - clfpxr Can you please check on this. Aug 21, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Raised the compliant here and also followed up the IndiGo team in facebook. Came to know via facebook, that are doing Cancellation fee waiver for the bookings done up to Aug 31st. So contacted the customer care and did resolve it. IndiGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
