[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — refund of money for failed transaction | |||
I tried booking a ticket from guwahati to delhi on 18th may 2018 but the transaction, amounting to rs 8694 for two person with booking ref. Udh6qq, flight no 6e 558, has failed. I was subsequently informed by the customer care about the failed transaction. However my money has been debited from my account number. Kindly refund my money as it has been about a week since my transaction failed. Was this information helpful? | |||
