Indigo Airlines — refund on non booking completion due to system error

I was booking tickets for me and my daughter(KULDIP BISHT& MANSI BISHT) on line for air travel from patna to delhi. The flight no. was 6E 493 of Indigo airline on 30 Apr 15 . I continue completing booking steps upto transfer of Rs 4380 via net banking bearing reference no.CSBI[protected]G00VZPFI1 to transfer ID[protected]. but sooner I finished transfer due to some system error I could not complete booking process and could not get PNR no. Since I have already transfered fares and same has been deducted from my acconts. Can I get my money back to my account and how ?.What I should do to recover my money back. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.
