[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — regarding cancellation or postpone

Sir I want to cancell or postpone my air ticket pnr-TGJ1SF from kolkata to Coimbatore on 20 mar 20. I am working in Army, due to corona virus our leave has been cancelled. Since 2 days I am trying to contact indigo customer care but no response. So I request you to cancel or reschedule my journey to other dates . My mobile number is [protected]. Kindly look into it.

Updated by gadhafi912370 I am trying to contact indigo customer relations from last one week, there is no response through phone, chat and mail.This is so pathetic. I am working in Army and My leave has been cancelled due to the corona virus to protect the Army by Govt offer. So I request you to cancel my ticket and refund my money. My pnr details are as follows TGJ1SF. Date of journey 20 mar 20. Contact no [protected].I also attach the signal of leave cancellation.

I have requested for a travel certificate and paid for it too, and Indigo has the same answer everytime, you'll get it by tomorrow. I already told them I need it urgently.

For some reason, they are unable to generate my travel certificate online and keep saying you'll get it by tomorrow.

This is very unprofessional.
