My ticket for ahmedabad to kochi with the booking reference wgjitw on 16/09/2018 got cancelled due to some issues in your website and the same was confirmed on a call with one of your representative. He assured me that my payment will be credited within 5-7 working days as my payment was successful but booking got failed. I have not received the payment yet, so please do needful and initiate the process to credit back the amount to my account.
