[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — request for refund the amount | |||
Booking no. Emt 53825395 there was no pnr at time of booking in the indigo airlines. After 11:00. I unable to contact you about the booking. I firstly booked the air ticket for 2 dec 2018 but failed the payment when second time to try the booking it suddendly deduct the amount imediately. We contact the indigo customer care there was no pnr generate so i cannot helped you. When the pnr generate would to contact him. After the generate the pnr, i contact the indigo customer care, he answered you contact to cancel the booking before 2 hour. I said that i contact to second time but customer care unable to unable cancel the air ticket. I contact again physically presence in the indigo counter, she shows to unable the cancel the ticket.
