[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — Rude and insulting behaviour at igi airport by kuljeet | |||
hello I am Dr Anoop Kunnummel Rajendran.I have experienced rude and insulting behaviour of indigo ground staff at IGI airport new delhi`terminal 1D The name of lady at ticketing counter is kuljeet.she was very rude towards me.I was in th queue at 2pm on 6/06/2015 for my flight at 4pm.My flight number is 6E 259 and PNR-D4TTGS delhi to bhubaneswar She asked me to go away when i asked for boarding pass.I asked her why she was talking to me that way.Then she said she has the right to talk whatever way she wished.Then she frowned at me and told me to leave immediately and went away from counter.I felt insulted and humiliated.I dont know who trained ms Kuljeet at Igi airport.Indigo supervisors kindly take action on this matter. I am a regular indigo customer and frequent flier since last 10 years.Such a rude and insulting behaviour is a first time experience.I will reconsider my options o[censored]sing the service of indigo in future.
