[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — seat assignment/ forcing to pay for seats | |||
My wife and daughter are travelling alone and the airline forced me to pay so that they can be seated together. They are under the same pnr so isn't the airline responsible to have them seated together? Clearly a case of extorting money from consumers - not just for better seats but even for having a wife/daughter travel together. The check-in website is also not functioning so i am forced to call them. Was this information helpful? | |||
