Hi my name is sujata rai. I am very unhappy with the way my baggage was handled as i travelled from calcutta to delhi yesterday at 19:10 flight, after i reached home i realized my suitcase lock key was broken i would really appreciate if some body could look into the matter and get back to me asap. Looking forward for to get a reply soon.
