Indigo Airlines — ticket not booked but amount debited and showing payment status pending

Dear customer care,
Yesterday dated 29/05/2020 i have booked flight from bom to goa amount was debited from my bank amount later i got mailed regarding payment status pending. When will i get my amount refund?
I got message that we are holding a pnr hf4n7f. Kindly let me know when my amount will be credited to my bank account.
