Indigo Airlines — Transaction Initiated but amount not refunded

I booked a ticket from Bhubneswar to New Delhi in Indigo flight. I received a transaction id viz a) 6aaf0549140020170117111754 and b) bf60478c[protected] for INR 2429.OO. However neither my amount has been refunded nor any information regarding ticket has been informed to me. I have writtens everal emails and registered several compalint, however no action has been taken against the deduction amount. I have also received SDCM9D as pnr from compliant cell. It is humbly requested to act as soon as possible
