[Resolved]  Indigo Airlines — transaction success but no ticket

Dear Sir,

Yesterday I booked tickets with Indigo. Payment successful meseege was from indigo web as per below:

We have sucessfully received your payment of INR 42942 towards your booking with IndiGo, In case you have not received your booking confirmation then you may call us at [protected]

I chat with online indigo agent to ask why not received PNR number so far, so he replied after collecting many relevant information that my payment was not confirmed so he suggest to fresh booking.
He also assure that my money will be refunded in 3-4 days.

My question is after payment success, how can airlines refuse to confirm ticket. Airlines received my money and now they will returned money what is this game?
If I will go for fresh booking, it will be cost me 60000 INR instead of 43000 which i was booked. So why i am going for Loss without my fault.
I am hereby requesting you that please give me my tickets which I booked and indigo already received my money.
Please don't making this cheating game with public.
I want positive response asap.
