Indigo Airlines — Transaction Successful but No PNR generated

Address:Mumbai City, Maharashtra

I booked my flight with Indigo- Dubai to Mumbai and my transaction was confirmed by my bank and by Citrus pay. However the message displayed after that was please wait while we confirm your ticket status and then server error flashed. My PNR was thus not generated. I would like a full refund of my money.
