[Resolved] Indigo Airlines — travel certificate issue is getting charged by indigo

Hi i travelled by indigo in October 2018. Pnr : ALEG2B
i have lost the boarding pass of one way so i called customer care to get the travel certificate. The customer care told me that i need to pay 200rs + tax for getting my own travel certificate.
I had paid airline for my yravel and get the document of travel Indigo is again charging? which kind of policy is this.

I would like to ask Indigo to provide my travel certificate and without any cost as its my right to get the travel certificate.

We understand your concern. We would like to inform that the boarding pass can be issued at the time of travel only. Now, you may opt for a Travel Certificate which is INR. 200 per passenger per sector by click on this link- https://bit.ly/11v2V9b. Travel certificate will be generated within 24-48 hrs on the same page after making the payment. We look forward to your understanding.
