Address: shop no. 7-8, 22no. phatak, Bhupindra road, Patiala

I had purchased two t-shirts from kapsons. Both of the t-shirts got strecthed even after single wear. the showroom is at Bhupindra road, Patiala, Punjab. My invoice no is S_GS2710266 on 7-8-2021. Please look into the matter. I want either the refund or replacement of my product.

    I purchased a cloth from kapsons showroom in Patiala on 09.01.2021 and asked them whether it will be changed if there is any size issue. They informed me that it will be exchanged. But when I approached them on 13.01.2021 for exchange of article due to size issue they advised me to show the bill only then it will not be exchanged as policy has been changed today itself that without bill no article ille . At the time of exchange no such policy was there.

      I was interested in buying blackberrys nl vogue trouser. But the waist was little loose. I asked the staff members (Salesman, billing desk) to get the waist size altered but they simply rejected my request for alteration. The staff persons were not supportive and helpful. So, i decided not to buy the product. Instead i bought products from the planet fashion store adjacent to your store in bathinda. Customers at your store are not entertained properly.

        We have done a shopping of15900 at kapons store and we were told that we will get a assured cashback of 3500 bt we get only of 1500 and we cannot use all 1500 at once and we can use only 500 rs discount on shopping of. Shirts from the givo brand only we have completed the shopping of 15000 for availing the offer only at the store and at the end we were not provided with any discount so please take the action as early as possible to maintain the goodwill of kapsons

          This complaint is regarding levis jean. Purchased from kapson bathinda store. Jean gets faded from its color after just one wash. I lost my receipt and when i try to return back jean to the store. Even they did not try to check receipt through my phone number. They behaved very rudely. Being a loyal customer with kapsons bathinda, i have always preferred to purchase clothes from them. But now i am dissatisfied and astonished with their service that how they can behave such a manner with their loyal customer. I request you to please look on the case and do needful to return my jean. I have spent 3700 on the levis jean which is not good any more for me because of its quality.             This is to bring to your notice a harassing incident that occurred in your Ludhiana Kapson’s store (The Grand Walk Mall) in the presence of Mr. Virendar/Virendra (store employee).

            The incident took place when, Mr. Virendra, the billing employee decided to let his relative break the billing que to get the purchases of his relative billed before other people in the que could. Date: 29 Jan, 2017 Time: ~7:20pm

            A lady spoke up to confront this unacceptable action and was harassed by Mr. Virendra by insulting words and unrespectful actions ( Believe I have to say no more).

            Believe this email has been read and I can be informed of the actions being taken for the investigation into this case.
