This is to bring to your notice a harassing incident that occurred in your Ludhiana Kapson’s store (The Grand Walk Mall) in the presence of Mr. Virendar/Virendra (store employee).
The incident took place when, Mr. Virendra, the billing employee decided to let his relative break the billing que to get the purchases of his relative billed before other people in the que could. Date: 29 Jan, 2017 Time: ~7:20pm
A lady spoke up to confront this unacceptable action and was harassed by Mr. Virendra by insulting words and unrespectful actions ( Believe I have to say no more).
Believe this email has been read and I can be informed of the actions being taken for the investigation into this case.
