It's my journey details.
Journey amount is deducted from my account. But my itenrary status is failed then my refund amount is not received till date and very hopeless experience in your customer care services in last one month. I tried to call and complain minimum 50 times in last one month.

Dear indigo please refund my money becouse i am soldier and too busy in my border duty, daily free time is not available in my life.

Therefore it's humble request to you please refund my money.

I shall be great thankfull to your positive response.
