My journey ticket details are as follows Passenger name = Murli manohar kumawat 1) date of booking =01/12/17 2) date of journey =09/12/17 3) pnr no = fyjdwc 4) email id=[protected]@gmail.com 5) journey route=kolkata to jaipur 6) flight no = 6e-6204 7) trip id. = 171575 8) transaction no/pgi no =sbipg[protected] 9) journal no. =[protected] 10) amount =5315.00 11) refund reference no = [protected] It's my journey details. Journey amount is deducted from my account. But my itenrary status is failed then my refund amount is not received till date and very hopeless experience in your customer care services in last one month. I tried to call and complain minimum 50 times in last one month. Dear indigo please refund my money becouse i am soldier and too busy in my border duty, daily free time is not available in my life.
