Indira Gandhi National Open University — Complaint for study material

Dear sir/madam

I m Anupam Sandilya i took admission in IGNOU in January 2021 for course dwed. It's been 11 months but yet i have not got my study material .I have tried all my way to contact the administrator by mail, grievances, call but no response .now it's time for end term examination and I don't have my material neither I have submitted my assignment .it's I have wasted my money and time too I belong to lower middle class family for them 3600 ₹ is
Much valuable but for this institution no value for our and time tooo.
Plz don't ignore it .
