My name is jack antony, i am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction about the way your university call attenders are providing wrong information. I did ba-iha from ignou in the year 2011 and unfortunately i lost my mark sheet. As per the rules i have submitted the dd of 200 rs in favour of ignou and the money is received there some time back. Whenever i make a call they either disconnect my call or put me on hold, at time they gave me wrong information like mark sheet has been sent to my address already. However, i haven't received any mark sheet. Please look into this matter immediately and i hope you will do the needful. If you could help me with this i would really appreciate it.
