I have completed my b.com from ignou but till date i have not received my final marksheet or certificate i have contacted regional center in delhi but they are telling me that they are not responsible for giving marksheet delhi regional center is. I have a mailed for my certificate but i have not received any response yet my enrollment no is[protected]. The result on the net is showing that i have completed my b.com i want to further do m.com but i am not sure now as i have not received my marksheet for the course i have completed.
