Sir, i mohan upadhayay, student of blis, enrollment no.[protected], was appeared in term end exam dec 2017. My results out in feb 18. Grade card shows success fully completed in all subjects. But i have not received my marks sheet yet. I was contacted my regional center mulund at mumbai for this but they r telling me contact ignou delhi.
