Respected sir, i am having land line connection with you for the last 40 years, but recent bills unnecessary programmes activated and the amounts collected. I request you to kindly deactivate the above programme. And i paid the bill of february, 2018 under protest on 22/03/2018. Again, i request you to kindly reimburse the above unnecessary charges.
