Individual — disrespectful behaviour to premium customer (for last 10 years)

I am just one of your million dedicated apple products customers. I started off with a imac in 2010 or it may be 2011 and then bought a black cylinder type mac pro with a thunderbolt display simultaneously in one apple care - the 2013 model from imagine store (Systematix media pvt. Ltd. - premium apple authorised reseller and service provider) in the year probably 2014. Then i got stuck your brand and almost all my products are from apple. I was planning to purchase the new mac pro with the new apple 8k supported display 34" or so which could make its launch in november 2019. But due to disrespectful behaviour by the imagine store manager at mani square mall, kolkata, india, i might have to change my decision now. At least if this employee is present in any of the imagine store or apple india even if it comes to india and sells directly! My target was the highest config because i have seen the wwdc2019 and really love it!!! Your sale is more important to you or this manager? Choice is yours! Period. Dipankar sen.
