This is to inform you that illegal alcohol selling is going on here in upper bhambla, mandi (Himachal pradesh). Here mr. Balbir is selling alcohol without any license. Many fights happened here in this area after drink, but no one is bothering to take any strict action.
Point to be highlighted is that here is a school near the alcohol seller, many times fights happened in front of minor school children. What would be the impact of that on the minors. All the villagers are aware of this but no one is coming forward to complaint against it. I doubt he is also selling tobacco products to the children studying in the school.
