A white car with 1HY2315 as its last digits surprisingly and suddenly overtook /surpassed me without indicating / honking by less than a few inches on a bumpy wavy road near Parishram Apartments in Shivranjini. I wanted to catch hold of him and drag to police station but could not due to my sick kid .How long will this kind of rash driving be allowed?
