I am a Retired Sr. Citizen and 30 years old customer of SBI, Subroto Park Branch.
I have registered many times my PAN No as AHFPK3211R and Adhar No. as[protected] resulting got change my residence address based on my above Adhar No.
Now I want to make an FD of Rs, 1, 00, 000/- online but failed, stating that your PAN is not registered with the Branch.
I cant visit the branch just of resisted my PAN many times. I try to contact the manager on phone, but no body is bother to attend the phone.
My request is to kindly depute a Senior Officer to investigate the working system of the branch, and time consume for each customer.
Looking for the solution of the problem.
