About 10 days back, i have booked order for 2 in number personalised pens thru your network and amount also was paid from my hdfc bank but so far i didn't receive the product from your end. Nor i have any information from your end. I need to present the gift to my friend on an occasion. I think the pens are from viata print, i suppose. Pl deliver the same as soon as possible so that i don't miss the occasion to present it to my friend.
