Individual — refund of money due to reschedule of go air flight

Respected mam/sir,
Recently i booked flight ticket via goibibo site whose details are
Mentioned below
Flight service provider goair
Pnr no s7cbg7
From patna to delhi
Date of journey 23july, 2018
Departure time from patna 16.10
Arrival time to delhi 17.55
Passengers details:mr. Umesh roy, mr. Vivek roy and mr. Brajash kumar.

The flight was rescheduled on 23july, 2018 at 14.30 pm without informing me.
A simple email was sent regarding the rescheduled time. No telephonic call
Nor any sms or information through what's app or through any other medium
Was provided. Hence, without any information of rescheduled time i missed
The flight though i was in time as per as original information (16.10). I
Missed a very important work. I request you to kindly look into the issue
And refund my full money. It is the duty of service provider to inform
Passengers if any such reschedule take place much before the departure
Time. Simply writing a single mail is not sufficient.
