Complaint marked as Resolved Murugesan P IOB account holder. i faced a problem on 30.01.2022-
rs.5000/-while doing transactions through net banking. The amount have
been deducted from my account.but the receiver did not receive the
amount and payment failure.I already visit and complaint raised in our
IOB branch chennimalai.so please kindly take immediate action and
refund the amount earliest.
