This us regarding consignment U60559940 from.Saharanpur to Agra-282005. Address was OK but a digit in phone no was missing. Your delivery boy has not made any effort to deliver the parcel.

If you can not deliver without a phone no. You should declare it your policy.You have not done that hence it is vlearly deficiency in your service why you should not be penalised as the item was required most urgently.

As Address was OK, security fellow at the gate would have clearly guided or contacted me as I'm known to them.

Please take action against your fellow who took phone [protected] and misbehaved with me.
