Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — Broken chamber cover

Respected there, i want to say that there is a broken chamber cover in front of my house which seems as so risky for humans and animals to fall inside and it smells also. So i would request u to plz change the chamber cover as it is getting bigger hole day by day due to the heavy vehicles passing through it.. My address is 3a parshwanath nagar, kesarbagh road, opp ghunghat garden..
