Indore Municipal Corporation [IMC] — i have made the payment for my water charges but corporation has not received yet

I made the payment for my water charges to indore municipal corporation on 18th jan 2020 through paytm upi, money got deducted from my account but has not been recieved by indore munical corporation. Upon contacting paytm they say, the transaction was successfull but it is still not reflecting in imc website
