Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — complaining for ownership change request om igl | |||||
Hi, The complaint is against indraprastha gas limited for png connection. I have applied for ownership change request in dec 2017 for bp number [protected]. Its been 8-9 months now but there is no update from igl. Every time i asked for an update, then their customer care raise a ticket number for resolution and within 24 hr they close the ticket without any resolution. I have also raised a concern to nodal office of igl but again there is no update still. I am following from last 8-9 months but they are not ready to give a single update. Evertime ticket got closed without any resolution Was this information helpful? | |||||
