Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — connection is not running | |||
Sir, In reference to the subject mentioned above, it is to inform you that I had applied for a new gas connection for my flat No. N4, Fourth Floor, Himalya Tanishq apartment, Raj Nagar extension, Ghaziabad-201017 and the same was installed meter by the IGL team with B.P. No- [protected] but connection is not running So, I registered complaints to the customer care many times but it was to no avail. The issued was not addressed at all. Once again. Many days have passed and I have not yet been contacted by IGL. The problem is yet to be resolved. I believe, it is sheer negligence on the part of the officials who registered my complaints & the officials whose duty is to resolve such complaints. I request you again to resolve the issue from your end. If my problem/issue is not resolved within 3 days, I shall take this matter further at the appropriate levels. Thank you.
