Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] — delay in final installation of png connection and the bad attitude of the department

I have applied for png connection 2 months ago (Lead no.[protected]) the connection has not been installed and we are facing lot of problems. Every time i call to the igl helpline no. The respnse is very bad and specially the behaviour of your officer mr. Puspendra tyagi is very latharzic, he is not taking his duty seriously. I am very much tired and requst you to solve this issue otherwise i am going to sue your department
