We have applied for new igl connection and provided the initial deposit cheque to your team on 27th sep 2019. Attached is receipt for your reference.
Now still we don't have any update or progress on this and when trying to contact the customer care team they also don't have any information. Every time we get to know that they haven't received our document and cheque.
What is resolution for this?
Also just for your information, we have already have igl connection at ground level and a point for connection at first floor. I am not sure why it is taking so much time. Was this information helpful? |
